Description

The PVC TWIN Pipe production line, from charging to stacking shall be controlled automatically by PLC, having high reliability, easy operation and maintenance. With this extrusion line, a layer or multi-layer high strength wire such as steel wire, glass fibre and polyester fibre may be winded do existing pure PE pipe to increase the pipe working pressure to 4MPA.

This PVC dual pipe production line is equipped with conical double screw extruder. With this machine, the line can achieve a high-efficient production.

The Feature of PVC TWIN Pipe Extrusion Line:
1. Extruder is conical twin-screw extruder applicable, with good plasticizing effect, low energy-consumption, ensuring the stable extrusion;
2. Extrusion mould is twin pipe lead design with high output, good plasticizing effect and stable extrusion;
3. Separate caterpillar, separate control design ensures stability of speedy manufacturing, meanwhile ensures the speedy cutting pipe of required length, moreover the cutting blade is designed for pipe of difference thickness;
4. The diameter of the extruded pipe is from 16-63mm diameter. It can make full use of the extruding capacity of the extruder.

The working process of PVC TWIN Pipe Extrusion Line:
Raw Material—Mixing—Auto feeder —twin screw extruder——Mould Calibrator—Vacuum forming tank—Water cooling tank—Haul-off machine—Cutting machine—Stacker(winding machine).
