The main machine adopts two twin-screw extruders for co-extrusion and advanced process formulas obtained through years of practice. Can reduce the specific gravity of the pipe to below 0.9.
And the foaming is uniform and the strength is high.
The specially designed co-extrusion die can only produce the solid wall pipe, the solid wall inner spiral pipe, the foaming pipe and the foamed inner spiral pipe by changing the mandrel.
By changing the mold, it can produce nano antibacterial PVC water supply pipe, spiral silencer inside hollow wall, and multi-layer composite pipe, such as PVC/ABS.
